How the rotation works

Each round fills active courts, then sits the rest out.

Each round assigns four players per active court and puts the remaining players in sit-outs. Valid inputs are 4–40 players, 1–8 courts, and 1–12 rounds. Active courts equal min(configured courts, floor(players / 4)). Sit-outs equal players - 4 × active courts.

Scoring priorities, in order: games played, sit-outs, repeat partners, repeat opponents.
