How allocation works
Methodology
Each round evaluates at most 256 deterministic candidate partitions. Candidates are compared in a fixed order: first balance games played, then balance sit-outs, then reduce repeated partners, then reduce repeated opponents. The ledger is recalculated from the final schedule rather than maintained as a separate state.
This is a bounded heuristic, not an optimization proof. Results are balanced according to these settings, and any target missed by the selected candidate is shown with the schedule.

Privacy
Player aliases, IDs, pairings, sit-outs, seeds, and schedules stay in this browser tab. They are not placed in URLs, cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, metadata, or analytics. Reset or reload clears the roster and schedule.
Optional aggregate analytics may record numeric session settings, count buckets, page presets, and actions such as Generate, Print, or Copy. It never receives names, roster text, pairings, schedule content, seeds, or free text. Planning and export work without analytics or any other network request.
